Both sales associates made the list for 3rd year in a row
BROOKFIELD, WIS. 一 Two Shorewest team members, Justin Ippoliti and Mary Gilbank Peterson, were named in the 2024 RealTrends The Thousand national ranking. This is the third year in a row that both agents have made the list. This list recognizes the top agents in the United States. Those who are ranked on this list are among the top .065% of more than 1.6 million licensed real estate agents nationwide.
Justin Ippoliti, from the South Metro Office, ranked 30th out of the top 250 agents recognized for sold units with 201 units sold in 2023. Justin has been a part of the Shorewest family for over ten years and has more than $200 million in career sales. He has been the company’s leader in sold units for seven years.
Mary Gilbank Peterson from the Janesville/Rock County office ranked 101st out of the top 250 agents recognized for sold units with 134 sold units in 2023. She has consistently been a top producer for Shorewest since 2005.
